I'm Dustin Buckner, the proud owner of Valor Earthworks. Founded in April 2024, Valor Earthworks is more than just a business to me—it's a personal journey of transformation and a testament to the values I hold dear. It embodies my commitment to being the father my children deserve, proving that dreams can be achieved through dedication and hard work. Our motto, "Where Dedication Meets Dirt," is deeply rooted in my upbringing in construction, where I learned from my grandfathers that your word and your name are your most valuable assets. These lessons in honor and integrity are what I strive to pass on to my children. My service in the United States Army with the 101st Airborne, which ended in a medical retirement in 2013, instilled in me the true meaning of valor: the courage and boldness to face great dangers, especially in battle. This same valor drives my family, my company, and our commitment to the community. No matter the challenges life throws at me, I will continue to persevere, with the same determination that I hope to be remembered for, long after the earth I've worked with covers me.
